Here's a helpful site that could help you get started!   Visit site This site personally helped me when I was starting, even before that actually back when I have no means of producing any digital artwork. I've only been doing digital art for about 2-3 yrs and only really got into it about a year ago. I still revisit this site once in a while when I need a little creative boost. I'll continue writing up journals about art websites or artist that inspires me and would hopefully help you. I think this is a great way to somehow give back to the community as I myself wish I encountered more of similar blogs sooner
